Keep the customer journey connected
Your Telnyx numbers bring customers into Mango9. Staff and buyer extensions give those calls a destination, and configured AI agents can use assigned numbers to handle conversations and book appointments.
Use this report to improve response, then measure the next step in the Calendar, lead/call campaign reports and SMS conversations. Templates help the team send consistent appointment details and agreed follow-up.
