Connect activity with the customer journey
Telnyx carries calls on the business numbers you buy. Mango9 routes those calls to the configured staff, buyer or AI destination. These status screens help you watch that answering operation.
For an appointment campaign, combine the call view with Calendar bookings and SMS follow-up. For lead or call sales, use the campaign’s delivery and transaction reports to review the commercial result.
