Use one account, with your own access
Use your Mango9 account email and password, or the email-code option where offered. After sign-in, the apps load the services assigned to you. Your account owner controls your phone extension, sending numbers and workspace permissions.
Use the web CRM for account configuration, website chat setup, Analytics and full reporting. Use the apps for the calling, conversations and mobile work assigned to your account.
Downloads in the CRM opens the public Mango9 download page directly. That page is the place to find the current installers and store links.
Keep marketing follow-up moving
At a desk, use Windows to answer calls, send follow-up texts and handle customer conversations. On an iPhone, continue business calls and conversations while travelling between appointments. In Chrome, call or text the number beside a customer record without copying it into another tool.
