Connect your existing account

  1. Open Mango9 and enter your Mango9 account email and password.
  2. For email sign-in, choose Use an email code. Request a code, open the email and enter the six digits. Use password instead returns to password sign-in.
  3. Choose Keep me signed in if you want the app to retain the session securely on this device.
  4. Let Mango9 load your assigned calling line and account access. Your phone settings are provisioned automatically after sign-in.
  5. Allow microphone access for calls and notifications for incoming activity.
  6. Check the account and assigned line, then make a test call and send a test text to a number you control.

Call from your business line

Use the calling screen, a saved contact or the call action on a customer record to place a business call. The assigned Mango9 line provides the business calling identity.

Telnyx is the carrier behind your connected business numbers. Your account owner assigns the phone extension and business line you use. If your role has multiple lines, choose the intended line before starting the conversation.

During a call, use the microphone, speaker and available call controls. Finish with the hang-up control, then use the call history to return to the customer’s activity.

Keep conversations organized

Open Conversations and choose the relevant area. Check the recipient and receiving account, read the history, then compose your reply. For SMS, check the business sending line before sending.

Use the attachment picker and preview to review a selected photo, video or supported file. Open received media from the conversation to view it. Use the available save or sharing controls for that type of file.

Keep conversations organized
Conversation areaHow it helps
SMSContinue a customer conversation through an assigned business sending number.
TeamCoordinate with staff and buyers in your Mango9 workspace.
SocialRead and reply to connected social conversations, with platform and account filters.

Use the message controls

Touch and hold a message to see its available actions, such as reactions, Copy, Reply, selection or Forward. Review the destination and text before forwarding.

Delete for me hides your own copy of a message or conversation across your signed-in history. Other participants keep their copies. Mute conversation quiets supported alerts while messages continue arriving.

An SMS reaction is shared within Mango9’s conversation history; it does not send a carrier text or an iPhone tapback to the recipient. Use a normal SMS reply when you want to communicate that response to the customer.

For an eligible team group, use Group details to review the members and give the shared conversation a recognizable name.

Carry customer and appointment work with you

Open an assigned customer record from the CRM area or matching call and message activity. Review the enquiry and update the fields available to your role before the next contact.

Open Calendar to plan appointments, or Events & Tasks to switch between appointments, events and tasks. Use list, Day, Week or Month views to choose the time you need. Open an appointment to review its status, assignment and sharing choices.

Appointment reminders and messaging notifications help you return to the work that needs attention. Adjust the app’s notification preferences and your iPhone’s notification and Focus settings to match your working day.

A mobile marketing workflow

Configured AI agents can handle calls, SMS conversations and appointment steps using their assigned business numbers. Set those agents up in the web CRM, then use the mobile app to handle your own follow-up and customer work.

  1. A prospect replies to your campaign while you are away from your desk. Open the relevant SMS or social conversation and review the earlier messages.
  2. Use the assigned business line to call when the enquiry needs a conversation.
  3. Review the customer record and coordinate with an adviser or buyer through Team chat.
  4. Arrange the consultation in Calendar and update the appointment status as the work progresses.
  5. Continue follow-up through the same business conversation so your team can keep the context.
