What Are Workflows?

Workflows are automated sequences that trigger when specific events occur in your account. They allow you to create "if this, then that" automations without writing code. For example, send an SMS when a new lead is created, or notify your team when a dispute is filed.

Access Workflows from Sidebar > Workflows.
