Porting Requirements

Before placing a porting order, ensure you meet these requirements:

  • ✓ Keep all numbers in service with your current carrier until the port completes to avoid delays or rejections
  • ✓ You are responsible for any termination charges imposed by your current carrier for porting your numbers
  • ✓ You may be unable to receive messages for up to 3 business days after the port completes

Required Documents

You need to upload two documents to complete the porting process:

1. Letter of Authorization (LOA)

Signed by the End Customer where the signer matches what is on file with the existing carrier. The LOA must list all numbers being ported, customer information, and either a wet signature or valid signature through Docusign or similar method.
