Call Block

Call Block allows you to prevent unwanted calls from reaching your system. Block spam, telemarketers, or specific numbers by adding them to your blocklist. Mango9 automatically rejects calls from blocked numbers with customizable handling options including busy signal, disconnect, or custom messages.

Call Centers

Mango9 Call Centers provide enterprise-grade inbound call handling with ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), real-time agent monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. Manage agent availability, set skill-based routing, monitor queue statistics, and generate performance reports. Features include wrap-up time, agent tiers, and overflow handling to optimize call center operations.

Call Detail Records (CDR)

Access comprehensive call logs with detailed information about every call. Mango9's CDR system tracks call duration, source/destination numbers, call disposition, and costs. Follow Me

Forward calls to multiple destinations in sequence or simultaneously. Mango9's Follow Me feature rings your desk phone, mobile, and other numbers based on your preferences. Set up time-based rules, enable/disable destinations remotely, and customize ring timeout for each destination. Ensure you never miss important calls regardless of location.

Operator Panel

Real-time call control interface for receptionists and supervisors. Mango9's Operator Panel displays live extension status, active calls, and parking lots. Transfer calls, initiate three-way calls, park and retrieve calls, and monitor queue activity. Customizable layouts show the information most relevant to your operation.

Queues

Distribute incoming calls among available agents with Mango9's Queue system. Configure ring strategy (round-robin, longest idle, simultaneous), set maximum wait times, and provide caller position announcements. Monitor queue statistics in real-time including average wait time, abandoned calls, and service level. Overflow calls to voicemail or alternative destinations when queues are full.
