SMS Top-up Settings
Overview
The SMS Top-up Settings module allows you to manage your bulk SMS balance and configure automatic recharge options to ensure uninterrupted messaging campaigns. This feature enables you to set minimum balance thresholds and automatically replenish your SMS credits using your preferred payment method.
10 DLC Compliance Required
Before using bulk SMS services, your campaign must be approved at the carrier level in accordance with 10 DLC (10 Digit Long Code) regulations. This approval process verifies your business and campaign use case to prevent spam and ensure message deliverability. Without proper 10 DLC registration and carrier approval, your bulk SMS messages may be blocked or filtered by mobile carriers.
Contact your account administrator or support team to initiate the 10 DLC registration process before setting up bulk SMS campaigns.

Auto Top-up Configuration
Enable automatic balance top-ups to maintain a minimum SMS credit balance. When your balance falls below the specified threshold, the system automatically charges your default payment method to replenish credits.
Payment Information
Add or update your payment method to enable automatic top-ups. Supported payment methods include credit cards and ACH transfers.
Minimum Limit
Set the minimum balance threshold. When your SMS credits drop below this amount, the system will automatically top up your account with the selected product.
