Keep the shared Mango9 wallet ready for the business services you use.

Know what the wallet pays for

The current Account balance screen manages the shared Mango9 wallet used across CRM, Builder and Create. It shows the available balance and provides manual and automatic top-up controls for linked accounts.

Your subscription plan, its included allowances and your wallet balance are separate. Adding money to the wallet does not activate a paid subscription. Buyer campaign balances are also separate from this shared wallet.

Add funds when needed

If a top-up is awaiting confirmation, retry that same payment check before starting another amount. The screen keeps the pending request together to avoid treating an uncertain payment as a new purchase.

  1. Check the account balance and the amount of credit you want to add.
  2. Enter the amount in USD in Add to balance. The current form accepts $5 to $10,000.
  3. Use Manage payment method if the saved method needs attention.
  4. Select Top up balance and review the confirmation showing the amount to charge.
  5. Confirm only when the amount and payment method are correct, then check the resulting status.

Set automatic top-up

For example, a business could choose to add $25 when its wallet falls below $10. Choose amounts that fit the activity and spending plan for your business. Changing the checkbox or a field alone does not save the policy.

  1. Wait for the existing Automatic top-up settings to load. Retry if the screen cannot confirm them.
  2. Select Enable automatic top-up.
  3. Enter the balance threshold and the amount to add, in USD. Both fields have a minimum of $10.
  4. Select Save automatic top-up and read the confirmation.
  5. To stop automatic replenishment, clear the checkbox and save the change.

Understand allowances and bundles

Where shown, Automatic allowance bundles lets a paid account use its included allowance first and configure additional bundles within the selected cap. The bundle settings and wallet automatic top-up are separate controls.

Unused bundle units expire at the billing reset shown for the account. Review Plans & Billing for the plan and included features, and the relevant usage screen for the activity consuming them.

Some existing accounts show an older product-based top-up screen. Follow the controls displayed for that account and review its billing setup before changing the payment arrangement.

Keep marketing activity connected

Plan the wallet alongside the services your campaigns use: customer messaging, AI activity and other wallet-funded work. A low-wallet notification can prompt the owner to review usage before follow-up is interrupted.
