Quick Setup Guide

To make the system work, follow these essential setup steps in order:

Add a Phone Number

Required

Purchase and add a phone number to your account. This will be your primary contact number for incoming and outgoing calls.

Add Agents

Required

Add agents who can be your employees or clients. Agents have a simplified dashboard and operate within the same ecosystem. You can login as an agent and view their accounts just like you login to yours from the account list view in the Manage Users section.

Create Extensions

Required

Add extensions for your users starting with 100, 101, 102, etc. Each extension represents a user or department in your organization.

Set Caller ID

Required

Select the phone number you purchased as the caller ID for outgoing calls. This ensures recipients see your business number.

Connect Mango9 Softphone

Required

Download and install the Mango9 softphone app. Available for desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux) and mobile (iOS, Android). The cross-platform apps allow you to make and receive calls from any device.
