In the CRM: Voice Features → Phone System → Applications → Contacts

Make the next conversation easier

Phone Contacts stores a person’s name, organization, telephone numbers and other contact details in the phone system. Use it for the customers, suppliers and partners your team needs to recognize and call back.

Open Applications → Contacts to search the phone directory. Choose Add for a new contact or select an existing contact to review its details.
