Phone Dashboard
Review calling trends, choose a reporting period and open everyday phone tools.
In the CRM: Voice Features → Phone System → Applications → Dashboard
Start the day with a view of the answering operation
The Phone Dashboard brings together live calling indicators, call-volume charts and shortcuts to common phone tools. Open Applications → Dashboard inside Phone System.
Use it to see how the calling operation is behaving, then open the detailed report or answering screen for the next action.
Choose the period you want to review
- In Time Frame, choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This week or This month.
- Review the From and To dates populated by that choice. Enter your own dates when you need a specific period.
- Choose Refresh.
- Review Overview and the charts for inbound calls per business number, inbound calls per extension and outbound calls per extension. Use the monthly ring-group section to review that answering group’s activity.

Move from a trend to the right screen
The Quick menu offers shortcuts to the phone system. Operator Panel opens the extension view; Voicemails opens saved messages; Media/Music opens Recordings; Call History opens Call Detail Records; Extension stats opens Extension Summary; Connected devices opens Registrations.
For the current phone directory, use Applications → Contacts. To add business staff or buyers and assign their Mango9 access, use Manage Users in the main CRM menu.
Turn the figures into a marketing action
If one advertising number receives more enquiries, compare its activity with the answering extensions. Open Call Detail Records to inspect individual calls and follow up with customers who still need a response.
If several campaigns share the same sales team, use the queue and extension views to organize coverage during busy periods. Combine the call review with appointment and campaign reports to understand what happened after each conversation.
Telnyx is the carrier for the purchased numbers. Mango9 connects that calling activity with your staff, buyer delivery, AI agents and follow-up tools.
