Phone User Profile

Review your phone-system contact details, language, local time zone and call-center status.

In the CRM: Phone Dashboard → Quick menu → User Profile

Understand this profile

User Profile belongs to the Phone System. It contains the contact details and preferences for the phone-system user who is signed in. Open it from User Profile in the Phone Dashboard’s Quick menu.

For your main Mango9 account details, company information and central sign-in password, use Settings → My Profile in the CRM. Add staff and buyers through Manage Users so their business access and ownership are set up in the right place.

Choose useful contact and display settings

A clear name and the correct local time help staff interpret phone activity and coordinate follow-up. The optional Photo field accepts a profile image through the phone system’s upload control.

  1. Review your name, email and phone contact information.
  2. Choose your country and preferred language where available.
  3. Choose the city-based Time Zone for your working location, such as America/Los_Angeles.
  4. Review the Status field before saving, particularly if you answer call-center calls.
  5. Select Save to apply the profile changes and check the confirmation.

Know what the status changes

Status can include Available, Available (On Demand), On Break, Do Not Disturb and Logged Out. When this phone user is linked to a call-center agent, saving the profile can update that agent’s status and return its call-center state to Waiting.

Choose the status that matches the person’s actual availability. A sales team can use the dedicated Agent Status screen for day-to-day answering coverage and return to this profile for contact or display preferences.

Use the correct password screen

The password fields on this page belong to the phone-system account. Follow the displayed requirements if your phone administrator asks you to update that password.

To change the Mango9 account password used for central sign-in, open the CRM’s Security tab. A desk phone’s line password is another separate setting supplied for the extension.
