CALL Stats
Review call activity and answering patterns so your team is ready when customers call.
In the CRM: Stats & Reports → CALL Stats
Open your phone statistics
CALL Stats opens the phone workspace inside Mango9. Its Call Detail Record Statistics screen combines an hourly chart with a table. Allow the phone workspace to finish signing in before using its controls.
Understand the figures
Use the table when you need exact figures. The chart helps you spot a change; its different series use different measures. A connected call can reach a person, an AI agent or another answering destination, so open Call Tracking Report for the details.
| Label | Plain-English meaning | How it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Volume | Number of calls recorded in the period. | Find the times when your team is busiest. |
| Minutes | Connected call time expressed in minutes. | Review how much time the team spends on calls. |
| Calls Per Min | The report’s rate of call activity. | Compare the pace of calls across periods. |
| Missed | Calls counted as missed by the phone system. | Find periods that need a closer look or a callback review. |
| ASR | Answer-seizure ratio: answered calls divided by total calls. The table shows the percentage. | Review how often calls connect. |
| ALOC | Average length of an answered call, in minutes. | Compare typical connected-call length. |
Plan coverage around your advertising
If calls increase during a promotion, check whether your answering pattern keeps up. You can plan staff coverage, review extension routing and configure an AI agent to handle enquiries and appointment requests on the business number. Compare another period after making the change.
For a business selling calls, use these figures alongside the call campaign and buyer records. Call volume helps describe activity; campaign records explain the distribution and commercial outcome.
