Review scheduled activity, see who set it up and share a focused report with your team.

In the CRM: Stats & Reports → Appointment Report

Review a period or team member

Appointment Report brings together scheduled entries with the people who set and share them. Use it for a weekly booking review, team planning or checking the follow-up from a marketing campaign.

Apply the top filters to review a period or a team member. Names are fictional. Select the image to enlarge it.
  1. Enter From Date and To Date for the period you want to review.
  2. Choose a user in Filter by User (Set By), or leave All Users selected.
  3. Select Apply to update the report. Reset clears these filters.
  4. Read Total Appointments, Active Users, Avg per User and Top Performer, then review the user chart and performance ranking.
  5. Scroll down for Busiest Appointment Hours and the detailed table.

The date and user controls at the top update the full report. The filters beside the table narrow its rows without changing the overview cards or charts. Start with the top filters when you need the whole report to describe the same group.

To change a booking, return to Calendar or Tasks & Events and open the entry. Check the saved date and time there when arranging follow-up.

Export and use the report

CSV exports the visible table rows for a spreadsheet. PDF includes the report overview and the visible table rows. Apply the top date and user filters first, then use the table filters if you need a more focused list.

For example, a home-services business can review consultations created during a promotion, see who set them and organize the next follow-up. A configured AI agent can help customers book through the business number; the calendar and contact history provide the context for staff taking over.

For appointments routed into a buyer campaign and their billing outcomes, open the separate campaign Appointments Report under Sell Leads & Calls.
