Lead Stats

See how the team is working enquiries, sharing records and moving leads through their next steps.

In the CRM: Stats & Reports → Lead Stats

Start with the agent and activity cards

Lead Stats opens a screen titled Agent Performance. Choose All Agents for the available team view or choose one agent to focus the cards, tables and charts. It helps a manager decide who needs support and which enquiries need attention.

Lead Stats opens Agent Performance. Start with the agent selector and the activity cards. Select the image to enlarge it.

Shared Out / Shared InRecords with active sharing between team members.
Lead Status DistributionHow the selected leads are grouped by their recorded status.
Appointment and campaign cardsWhere shown, activity for appointment creation, routing and commissions.

Use the charts to guide a team conversation

Follow a useful question back to the actual record. For a customer conversion review, open Clients and the contact history. For appointment or buyer outcomes, open the appointment and campaign reports.

Compare activity and see where leads sit in the pipeline. Team names in this example are fictional. Select the image to enlarge it.
  • Agent Breakdown and Status Breakdown by Agent put the underlying counts into tables.
  • Agent Comparison scales each measure against the highest value for that measure. Use its shape to compare patterns and the tables for exact counts.
  • Lead Status Pipeline shows where records sit in your configured statuses.
  • Agent Leaderboard lets you choose an available metric for comparison.
  • Use consistent status names in Lead Fusion → Configure. Differently written labels can appear as separate groups.

Example: improve enquiry follow-up

  1. A campaign brings in a new group of leads. Review the new-lead cards and the status distribution.
  2. Choose each agent to see how records have been worked, assigned or shared.
  3. Open Leads and review the records still waiting for a next step. Assign a responsible person and use clear statuses.
  4. Have the team follow up through their extensions, SMS conversations or a configured AI workflow. Use a template when the message should be consistent.
  5. Review booked appointments and buyer outcomes in their matching reports, then use the findings to improve the next campaign.
