Clients
Keep customer details and history ready for service, renewals and repeat business.

Work with existing customers
Clients is your customer list. Use it for people and businesses you already serve: a booked home-service customer, a recurring business account or a customer returning for another purchase. Keeping clients separate from new enquiries makes the next conversation more relevant.
A client contact here is different from a buyer login under Manage Users. The contact records the customer relationship; the buyer account is used by someone who receives purchased leads, calls or appointments.
- Search by contact details, narrow by group or team member, and use the client-status filters.
- Select a name or the row’s View action to review details and activity.
- Use the shared-record filters to find work being handled with another teammate.
- Choose the gear to configure client columns separately from the Leads list.
Create or convert a customer record
- If the person is already a lead, open that lead and select Convert to Client to keep one record.
- For a customer who is not already recorded, select New Client.
- Enter their name and contact details, then choose the appropriate client status and group.
- Open More Options for the address, notes and additional information you need. Save changes.
- Find the customer in Clients, open the record and check the details before the next call or message.
Build a useful repeat-business process
Group customers by the service they use and record the next useful contact. A service business might schedule a maintenance reminder; an agency might set a renewal review; a sales team might follow up after an appointment with a quote.
Use tasks and appointments for the next action, and the contact history for previous conversations. Reusable SMS or email wording helps the team send a consistent message while still checking each customer’s details.
- Bulk Actions can update selected customers’ status or group, assign a user or share the records.
- Check the selection count before a bulk change, then verify a sample record.
- Respect the customer’s current communication preferences when planning a campaign.
- Use Export when you need a working copy; keep customer information within the people who need it.
