Leads
Give every enquiry an owner, a clear next step and a record of the conversation.
In the CRM: Lead Fusion → Leads
Find the people who need attention
Use Leads as the team’s daily follow-up list. A salesperson can find new enquiries, a manager can review leads assigned to a teammate, and a marketing team can compare groups such as website enquiries and event contacts.
Search and group controls narrow the list; Filter by Members and the status labels help you focus further. Shared with me and Shared by me help you find records used in a handoff. Clear filters when a contact appears to be missing.
- Use GO after entering a search or choosing a group.
- Check Now Showing and the page controls before assuming the visible rows are the whole list.
- Select a contact name or Action → View to open the record.
- Use the gear to change which columns appear. Export offers CSV, Excel and PDF formats for the available list.
Add an enquiry and keep its context
The contact page brings together Chats, Calls, AI Calls, Emails and Appointments, with Quotes and Invoices where available. Its Call, Email and SMS controls let you start from the right person. Check the recipient and sending account before sending; use the history to see what the team has already done.
- Select New and enter the first name, last name, mobile number and email you have.
- Choose a status and group that describe the enquiry. Use More Options for address, country, notes and other available details.
- Check the country and phone format before selecting Save changes. Open the saved contact to confirm it.
- Use the contact’s Personal Info, Business Info and marketing fields to record what the person needs.
- Add a useful note and create the next task, appointment or follow-up. Include the service requested and the best time to speak.
Update or hand off several leads
Assign To User hands responsibility to the selected user. Share With User gives another user access for collaboration. Keep a clear next action with the record so a handoff produces a follow-up, not just another name on a list.
- Check the rows you want to change and select Bulk Actions.
- Choose Only selected for those rows, or review All leads and its count for a broader change.
- Choose Give Status, Change group, Assign To User or Share With User, then select the intended value or teammate.
- Review the selection and save. Reopen a sample record to check the status, group or assignment.
Delete removes contact records. Use selected rows when you intend a narrow cleanup, and review the confirmation carefully; do not assume Delete All means only the rows visible on the current page.
Turn a qualified enquiry into business
When a lead becomes a customer, open the record and use Convert to Client. The record moves into the client list and receives the Converted lead status. This is separate from choosing which status names count as a conversion in reports.
For example, your team can move an enquiry through New, Contacted, Qualified and Appointment Set, then convert the record after the customer accepts the service. A lead-selling business can use campaign distribution and buyer accounts for the commercial handoff, while keeping the contact information and outcome organized.
