DND

Find contacts marked Do Not Disturb so the team can respect their current preference.

In the CRM: Lead Fusion → DND

Understand the DND list

DND means Do Not Disturb. This screen lists contacts carrying that flag, making it easier to review people who should be excluded from unwanted follow-up.

A contact may still have an older opt-in recorded. Treat the current DND preference as something to check before outreach, rather than relying only on a group name or an earlier list.

DND shows contacts marked Do Not Disturb. Names and contact details here are fictional. Select the image to enlarge it.

Review a contact without losing the history

Delete All and Delete Selected delete records. They do not turn a DND record into permission to contact someone. If the record is missing, clear the search and check the other preference screens.

  1. Open Lead Fusion → DND and use Search and GO to find the person.
  2. Open the record and check the phone number, email, notes and communication preference.
  3. Review any planned campaign or follow-up involving that person.
  4. If the person asks to change the preference, record the new request and use the appropriate contact controls.
