Appointments Report
Follow booked appointments into buyer deliveries and compare the sales they produce.
In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Appointments Report
See the value of a booked conversation
Use this report to follow appointments shared through your campaigns. It connects the appointment with the campaign, staff agent, receiving buyer, delivery status and recorded amount.
For example, an AI agent answers an enquiry on your Telnyx number and helps book a consultation. Once the appointment enters campaign delivery, this report helps you see which buyer received it and what the sale recorded.
Understand the totals
| Figure | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Total Appointments | Distinct appointments represented in campaign sharing records. |
| Total Sales | Delivered buyer records. One appointment can have several buyer sales when shared with multiple buyers. |
| Revenue | Recorded amounts for delivered appointment sales. Review costs and refunded amounts alongside it. |
| Sell Rate | The share of represented appointments that have at least one buyer sale. |
| Today / Active Buyers | Today’s sales and revenue, plus buyers with at least one purchase. |
| Skipped / Refunded | Skipped delivery records and the amounts attached to approved disputes. |
Find a particular delivery
- In Appointment Detail Log, choose Campaign, Buyer or Agent.
- Choose Delivered, Skipped or Disputed in Status, and set From and To for the delivery dates you want.
- Choose Apply. Use Reset to clear the filters.
- Read Title and Event Date to identify the appointment itself, then compare Campaign, Agent, Buyer, Status, Tier and Amount.
- Read Reason when a delivery was skipped. Use the related Distribution Log or dispute record for the next action.
- Use Export PDF for a report of the selected detail records.
Use the result to improve your offer
The summary cards and performance panels provide the campaign overview. Detail-log filters narrow the records below them. Where activity exists, Campaign Breakdown, Agent Performance and Buyer Performance help you compare the contributors.
An appointment shared with two buyers is still one appointment and two buyer delivery records. Compare the number of interested people, booked appointments and buyer sales when deciding whether to improve the advertisement, qualification questions or buyer matching.
