Distribution Log

See which buyer received a lead or appointment, the amount recorded and the reason for a skipped delivery.

In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Distribution Log

Trace an opportunity from your marketing

The Distribution Log answers a practical question: what happened after an enquiry entered the campaign? It shows the lead or appointment, receiving buyer, delivery status, pricing and recorded amount.

For example, a home-service promotion brings in an enquiry, an AI agent helps arrange an appointment, and your campaign shares the opportunity with the buyer. Use this log to check the handoff and investigate a skipped delivery. Telnyx carries calls and texts; this screen tracks the campaign’s lead and appointment distribution.

Understand the outcome

Understand the outcome
StatusMeaning and next step
DeliveredThe opportunity was routed to the buyer. Read its amount and pricing alongside the delivery record.
Failed / SkippedRead Details for the reason, such as balance, duplicate detection or a paused buyer. Correct the cause before retrying.
ReturnedThe buyer returned the item. Review the return information and campaign settings.
DisputedA buyer asked for a review. Open Dispute Resolution to read the request and decision.

Read totals without losing the customer story

Total Leads counts distinct source leads. Delivery or sale counts describe buyer deliveries, so one lead shared with more than one buyer can have several records. Use the buyer and date filters when comparing totals.

Select a lead or appointment to open its detail view and buyer timeline. It brings together the contact, campaign, agent and delivery history. When offered, Retry attempts delivery again, and Send to additional buyer creates another buyer delivery. Review the intended recipient and campaign terms before taking either action.

For a marketing business, this record helps you spot an offer that is attracting enquiries but needs better buyer matching. Use the reason shown in the log to improve the campaign rather than judging it only by the number of contacts collected.
