Call Dashboard

See which call campaigns are producing activity and billed revenue.

In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Call Dashboard

Review the offer’s results

Use Call Dashboard to see the call-selling side of your marketing: campaign activity, billed calls, buyer spending and call duration. It helps you decide which offer deserves attention and where to inspect individual outcomes.

Compare campaigns and buyers

  1. Read Daily Call Volume for the last 14 days. Compare billed and unbilled activity with the revenue trend.
  2. Use Call Status Breakdown to see which outcomes need a closer look.
  3. Review Revenue by Campaign and Buyer Performance, then the Campaigns Performance and Top Buyers tables below.
  4. Open Call Log to investigate the calls behind an unexpected result. Review Call Disputes when reconciling buyer credits.
  5. Choose Export PDF to prepare a dashboard report for review.

Use the result to improve the campaign

If an offer attracts calls but few become billable, inspect the call results and minimum-duration agreement. If one campaign produces longer, useful conversations, compare its message, audience and landing page with your other offers.

Keep buyer credits and disputes in the review alongside the dashboard. The revenue card reports recorded billed amounts; it is not a calculation of profit after advertising, carrier costs and refunds.
