Call Log

Find the outcome, buyer and billing result for an individual campaign call.

In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Call Log

Follow a call from the advertisement to the result

Call Log gives you the detail behind the dashboard. Use it when a buyer asks about a charge, a test call needs checking or a campaign is generating activity without the expected result. DID means the business number that received the call.

The current empty record view. Campaign, buyer, status and date filters narrow the results. Select the image to enlarge it.

Find the call

  1. Choose a Campaign and Buyer, or leave All to review the wider account.
  2. Choose Billed, Unbilled or Disputed in Status. Enter From and To dates, then choose Filter.
  3. Use Search caller, DID to locate a customer or business number. Choose 25, 50 or 100 records per page when reviewing a longer list.
  4. Read Date, Campaign, Buyer, Caller and DID together. Then compare Duration, Result, Amount and Status.
  5. Use the play or download control when a recording is available. Choose Export PDF to prepare the filtered call report.

Use the conversation to improve follow-up

A brief enquiry may still be a useful prospect even when it does not qualify for campaign billing. Review the customer’s question, then use the appropriate SMS template, staff follow-up or configured AI conversation to help them take the next step.

The Disputed filter includes calls with a recorded dispute. Open Call Disputes to read the reason and see whether it is pending, approved or declined.
