Create a Call Campaign

Choose the advertised numbers, buyer and pricing for your next call-based offer.

In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Call Campaigns → New Campaign

Start with the offer

Give the campaign a name the team will recognize, such as Home services enquiries. Use Description to record the offer and purpose. Choose Draft while preparing the setup.

Min Call Duration is the minimum connected duration used to decide whether a call qualifies for billing. Set it to the agreement you have made with the buyer. Buyer disputes controls whether buyers can submit new disputes; existing disputes remain available for review.

Choose the right numbers

  1. Under Number Assignment, select the purchased number used in the advertisement. Selected numbers appear as chips below the list.
  2. Read the extension shown beside the number. Configure the actual call destination in your number and phone-system settings.
  3. If a number is already attached to another campaign, review the move confirmation before proceeding. Saving the move changes its campaign association.

Set the price and buyer controls

Choose Per Call for a fixed price on a qualifying call, or Per Minute for a price based on connected time. Per-minute billing rounds up to the next whole minute. Min Qty and Max Qty define the range of billed calls for that buyer’s pricing tier; leave the final Max Qty empty for an open-ended last tier.

For example, your agreement might charge $25 for calls 1–10, then $20 starting with call 11. These are example selling prices, not Mango9 or Telnyx rates.

Select the intended buyer, then review Daily Call Cap, Daily Budget Cap and Pause Buyer. The billing checks use these controls together with the buyer’s balance. Calls Today and Spend Today help you see the buyer’s current usage.

Save and verify the customer journey

  1. Review the name, status, number, minimum duration, buyer and pricing together.
  2. Choose Save Campaign. Use Cancel or the back arrow to return without saving the form.
  3. When ready, edit the campaign to Active and save.
  4. Call the advertised number from your own phone. Confirm that it reaches the intended person or configured agent.
  5. Open Call Log and review the result. Use the buyer and status filters to confirm that the call was attributed and billed as expected.
