Invite Users
Send a setup invitation, track acceptance, and replace or withdraw a link when needed.
In the CRM: Manage Users → Invite Users
Review the invitation list
Open Manage Users → Invite Users. Check the recipient email, role, status, last-sent date and expiry or acceptance date. Use Previous and Next when there are more pages.
You can also reach this page from Active Users → Invitations → View invitations. Sending an invitation does not create the active account; the recipient must complete setup.
Send an invitation
The setup link lasts seven days. The recipient completes their details through the link. The selected role, organization and applicable account/package rules still apply at activation.
A successful send request queues the invitation for email delivery; it does not prove it reached the inbox. If the request times out, refresh the list before sending another invitation.
- Open Invitations and choose Invite Agent. Use Invite Super-agent only for a trusted manager; Invite Buyer appears for eligible appointment-business accounts.
- Enter the recipient’s own email address. Check it carefully before sending.
- Confirm the Client organization. It can already be selected when you have only one eligible account.
- Review the role in the dialog title. Authorized administrators inviting a client also choose the client type, package, subscription period and user class.
- Select Send invitation and wait for the result. Find the invitation in the list afterward.
Understand the status
| Status | Meaning and next step |
|---|---|
| Pending | The invitation exists and setup has not been completed. Check the email address if the recipient cannot find it. |
| Opened | The link has been opened, but account setup is not yet complete. |
| Accepted | Setup completed. Find the account in Active Users. |
| Setup needs review | Setup started but needs attention. Ask support to inspect the existing attempt before creating another account. |
| Expired | The link is no longer valid. Resend when that action is available. |
| Cancelled | The invitation was withdrawn. The old link no longer works. |
Resend, copy or cancel
Resend and Cancel show a confirmation. Check the recipient and action before accepting it. Accepted invitations and setup attempts needing review have different available actions.
Treat an invitation link as private and share it only with its intended recipient. To change a wrong email or role, cancel the eligible pending invitation and send a corrected one.
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Resend | Queues a new invitation with a new seven-day link. The previous link stops working. |
| Copy link | Copies an available live invitation link so you can share it with the intended recipient. |
| Open | Opens the invitation page. Opening it does not complete the person’s setup. |
| Cancel | Withdraws an eligible invitation and invalidates its link. It does not disable an already accepted account. |
Resolve a problem
- An account already uses this email: find the existing account instead of inviting it again.
- An invitation is already pending: review that invitation and its available Resend or Cancel controls.
- A role is missing: your current role, account type or package does not offer that choice. Only an authorized administrator or client owner can invite a super-agent.
- A buyer limit is reached: review the buyer capacity shown on the page. Pending invitations can use available buyer capacity.
- No email arrives: check the recipient address and spam folder, then review the invitation before resending.
- Setup fails: keep the displayed message and ask support to inspect the existing invitation; avoid duplicate accounts.
