Inactive Users
Find disabled accounts and restore the correct person when they need access again.
In the CRM: Manage Users → Inactive Users
Understand this list
Open Manage Users → Inactive Users. This list contains disabled accounts in the scope you can manage. It is not a list of people who simply closed their browser or went offline.
Use Advanced Search when its fields are available. Check Active Users for an enabled account and Invite Users for someone who has not completed setup. An empty list means there are no matching inactive accounts in this view.
Restore one user
Enabling a user runs applicable subscription-resume and phone-extension updates as well as changing account status. If one of those steps fails, inspect the reported result before retrying.
- Locate the correct person and check their name and account details.
- Use the row’s Action → Details if you need to review the account first.
- Select Action → Enable only when you are ready to restore that account. The current row action starts the operation immediately.
- Read the result, then look for the person in Active Users.
- Confirm their sign-in and intended phone access. Check any subscription-related result before considering the restoration complete.
Avoid restoring more accounts than intended
Enable → All is a separate bulk operation. Use the individual row action when restoring one person. A search term or checkbox should not be treated as a safety limit on All.
A deleted account is not the same as a disabled one. Do not create a duplicate account to bypass an unclear result; check its current state with the account owner first.
