Online User
Review browser sessions and sign out a device when necessary.
In the CRM: Manage Users → Online User
Read the session information
Open Manage Users → Online User. This screen shows recorded browser sessions for your account and the users your role can manage. It is separate from phone registration and chat presence.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| User Name | The person associated with the browser session. |
| User Session | A session reference used to identify that sign-in. |
| User Info | The recorded IP address, browser, operating system and device description. |
| Login Time | When the session was created, displayed using the account’s time-zone setting. |
| Actions | Controls for terminating that session, with an additional IP-block option. |
Find the right device
A recorded session does not prove someone is actively working at that moment. Login Time is not a last-online timestamp. An IP address can be shared by an office or change when someone uses a mobile connection or VPN.
- Use the keyword search and Go to narrow the session list.
- Compare the user, device, browser and login time. One person can have more than one browser session.
- Confirm which entry you mean before opening its Action menu.
Sign out a session
Blocking an IP can affect other people using the same office or network. Use the device-only option when you only need to end one sign-in. Ending a session does not delete or disable the account.
- Choose the intended action and read the confirmation.
- Confirm only after checking the user and device.
- Refresh the session list and verify that the selected session is no longer active.
| Control | Effect |
|---|---|
| Action → Terminate Device | Ends the selected browser session. The person must sign in again to continue there. |
| Action → Terminate And Block | Ends that session and adds its recorded IP address to the block list. |
| Terminate All Other Sessions | Ends the other sessions in the scope this screen manages, while preserving your current session. |
If a session looks unfamiliar
Ask the user whether they recognize the device and time. End an unwanted session and review the account’s password or security settings as needed. Keep session references out of public screenshots and support posts.
