Blacklisted IPs
Review the saved network addresses used by the CRM’s legacy sign-in block list.
In the CRM: Settings → Blacklisted IPs
Understand what this list controls
An IP address identifies a network connection. Blacklisted IPs stores exact addresses for the CRM sign-in checks that use this list. It can help an account administrator investigate and restrict a known source of unwanted legacy CRM sign-in attempts.
Mango9’s central sign-in is a separate access path. Have the account administrator confirm the applicable control before relying on this older list for central account access. Only add an address you have identified for the intended restriction.
Add an identified address
The form accepts an individual address. A shared office or mobile network can serve more than one person, so confirm which connection the address represents before applying a restriction.
- Open Settings → Blacklisted IPs and review the existing list.
- Select New Blacklisted IP.
- Enter the exact IP address you intend to restrict.
- Select Add IP to save it, or Close to leave without adding it.
- Review the refreshed list to confirm the saved entry.
Review or remove a saved entry
Use the list to review the saved addresses. To remove one, open its row action and choose Remove, then review the confirmation before proceeding.
Keep the reason and approval for the change in your own account-access records. For staff access, use Manage Users and Permissions; for phone-number blocking, use the Phone System’s Call Block feature.
