Dashlets
Put the most useful dashboard information where your team will see it first.
In the CRM: Settings → Dashlets
Choose the panels that matter to your business
A dashlet is a panel on a dashboard, such as a summary of activity, calls or text messages. The account owner can show, hide and reorder the panels without changing the underlying business records.
This page has separate Client Dashboard and Agent Dashboard layouts. The owner’s saved choices apply across the account for each dashboard type.
Arrange the client dashboard
- Open Settings → Dashlets and find Client Dashboard.
- Turn each panel’s switch on to show it or off to hide it. A hidden panel’s name appears crossed out.
- Drag a panel row into position, or use Move up and Move down for a precise change.
- Select Save inside Client Dashboard, then return to Dashboard to review the result.
| Panel | Why you might keep it prominent |
|---|---|
| Summary Stats (KPIs) | Start with the main totals for a quick business overview. |
| Team / Account Overview | Keep the team and account picture close at hand. |
| Voice Stats (30 days) | Review the recent calling activity behind your enquiries. |
| SMS Stats | Keep texting activity visible during a messaging campaign. |
| SMS Statistics (Received SMS) | Watch incoming text activity that may need follow-up. |
| SMS Statistics (Daily) | Review day-by-day texting activity. |
Arrange the agent dashboard
Use Agent Dashboard for the panels your agents see. Its choices are Summary Stats (KPIs), My Appointments Chart, Leads Chart, and Voice / SMS Stats & Panels.
For a booking team, move My Appointments Chart near the top. For a team qualifying enquiries, make Leads Chart and the communication panels easy to find. Select Save in this section after changing it.
Keep the dashboard useful as campaigns change
Before a phone campaign, emphasize calling activity. During an SMS follow-up campaign, keep text activity visible. Review the layout with the people using it so the first screen supports their daily decisions.
A layout choice controls display. Use Connections for provider setup, Permissions for feature access and the source module for the activity shown in a panel.
