Keep buyer relationships clear
A buyer may ask you to review whether a call meets your agreement. This page brings the call, buyer, amount and reason together so you can make and record a consistent decision.
For a marketing agency, a clear dispute process helps keep a recurring buyer relationship organized as call volume grows.
Review and resolve a request
- Find the dispute by its date, campaign, buyer and caller. Read the reason and billed amount.
- Check the call in Call Log, including its duration, result and any available recording. Compare it with the campaign agreement.
- Choose Approve when the dispute should be accepted, or Decline when the charge should stand.
- Enter resolution notes explaining the decision and complete the action. Approval credits the eligible billed amount back to the buyer’s balance.
- Read the confirmation and updated status. Keep the notes clear enough for someone else on the team to understand the decision.
Understand the status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The buyer’s request is waiting for your decision. |
| Approved | The dispute was accepted. Any eligible billed amount is credited to the buyer’s balance. |
| Declined | The dispute was not accepted; read the resolution notes. |
Choose the campaign’s dispute setting
Use Buyer disputes in the call-campaign editor to allow or stop new buyer requests for that campaign. Turning it off does not remove existing requests; continue resolving those in Call Disputes.
Use the recurring reasons to improve your advertising and qualification process. Clearer offers and better matching between prospects and buyers can make future conversations more useful.
