Dispute Resolution

Review buyer questions about delivered leads and appointments and record a clear decision.

In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Dispute Resolution

Keep each buyer’s request organized

This page shows disputes about leads and appointments sold through your campaigns. A request belongs to the specific buyer delivery, which helps you review the right charge when an opportunity was shared with several buyers.

Use it to keep the commercial agreement clear: what service and location the buyer wanted, what was delivered, and why a charge should stand or be credited.

The current page has no pending requests. Campaign filtering and the Resolved tab help you find earlier decisions. Select the image to enlarge it.

Review a request

  1. Choose the campaign, then open Pending. Use Refresh to load the latest requests.
  2. Read Type, Contact, Agent, Campaign, Buyer Note and Amount. The Agent column identifies the buyer associated with the disputed delivery.
  3. Review the related record in Distribution Log and compare it with the campaign’s agreed qualification rules.
  4. Choose Approve to accept the request or Decline to keep the charge. Read the decision dialog before confirming.
  5. Open Resolved afterward to review the recorded outcome and notes.

Record a useful decision

For an approval, review the contact and billed amount, add a clear note and choose Approve & Refund. Mango9 credits the eligible billed amount back to that buyer’s balance.

For a decline, enter a specific reason the buyer and your team can understand. For example: “The enquiry matches the agreed service and area.” Choose Decline Dispute to confirm, or Cancel to leave the request unchanged.

An unsent example using a fictional customer and reason. The confirmation action records the decision. Select the image to enlarge it.

Use the pattern to improve lead quality

Review Pending Review, Approved This Month, Declined This Month and Total Refunded together. The refund total on this page covers approved lead and appointment disputes resolved in the current month.

Repeated requests about the same service or location can point to an advertisement or qualification question that needs clearer wording. Update the campaign and AI agent instructions so future enquiries better match what buyers want.
