Lead Routing
Send opportunities to the right buyers with daily capacity, budget and duplicate controls.

Match the flow of enquiries to buyer capacity
Routing is the handoff from your campaign to a buyer. Set it around what the receiving business can handle: how many enquiries it wants, how much it can spend, and how it should receive them.
For example, one service company may want up to ten enquiries a day and a $250 daily budget. Another may have a smaller team. Separate buyer settings let you manage both within the same campaign.
Set the campaign rules
| Control | What it means |
|---|---|
| Buyer disputes | Choose whether buyers can raise new disputes for this campaign. Existing open disputes remain available for review. |
| Dispute Window (Hours) | Set the period buyers have to question a delivered lead. Review this alongside the dispute enablement choice. |
| Dedup Window (Days) | Set the period used to avoid sending the same phone-number lead to the same buyer again. |
| Max Buyers Per Lead | Control how many eligible buyers can receive one lead. Use 1 for an offer intended for one buyer; an empty value allows all eligible buyers. |
| Auto-Retry Failed Leads (Per Day) | Choose how often failed lead deliveries may be retried each day. A value of 0 leaves retries manual. |
Set each buyer’s capacity
- Select the intended Lead Buyers at the top of the campaign. Each selected buyer receives a Buyer Routing Controls card.
- Set Daily Lead Cap and Daily Budget Cap to match the buyer’s agreement. Leave a cap empty when you do not want that limit.
- Use Min Daily Leads as a priority goal, and Priority Weight to order buyers. Higher weights give a buyer greater priority.
- Choose Delivery Method: Email, SMS, Webhook or API. Match it to the buyer’s configured receiving setup and campaign notifications.
- Use Pause Buyer when that buyer needs a break from new opportunities. Review Leads Today and spend today before changing capacity.
- Save the campaign, then check the next delivery in Distribution Log. Read any skipped reason and confirm the receiving buyer.
Keep the marketing and delivery connected
A daily minimum is a routing goal; your campaign still needs incoming enquiries. Use advertising, AI qualification and SMS follow-up to develop the opportunity, then use the buyer controls to organize its handoff.
If a buyer is not receiving leads, check their selection, pause state, balance, caps, duplicate window and delivery configuration. The Distribution Log gives the recorded reason for a failed or skipped delivery. After correcting the cause, use the available retry action and check the new outcome.
