Campaign Billing Settings
Connect campaign prices with buyer payment arrangements and manage failed-charge retries.
In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Sell Leads & Calls
Know what the campaign charges for
Start with the offer: a lead, a booked appointment or an eligible call. The campaign’s pricing rules determine the unit price. Your buyer’s payment arrangement determines how that amount is collected or recorded.
Telnyx supplies the carrier service for your calls and texts. Buyer campaign billing handles the opportunity you sell. Keep those service costs and your advertising costs in mind when deciding what to charge.
Review buyer payment setup
Open the Buyer Billings tab to find Lead Buyer Stripe Configuration. Add your buyers in Manage Users first so they appear here.
For a buyer shown in the list, open its configuration and review the billing contact and payment method. The form offers Stripe card details and a balance option when available. Confirm the arrangement with the buyer before saving it.
Choose what happens after a failed charge
| Control | Business purpose |
|---|---|
| Max Retry Attempts | Set how many retry attempts are allowed before the billing attempt is treated as permanently failed. |
| Time Between Retries | Space retries using the offered interval, from hourly to weekly. |
| Email notification on final failure | Get a notice when the final attempt fails so someone can follow up. |
| Auto-pause buyer after max retries | Pause the buyer after the retry limit is reached. |
| Pause all billing for this campaign | Pause campaign billing while you review the arrangement. |
