Campaign Management
Set up a lead or appointment offer, choose its buyers, and define pricing, qualification and team commissions.
In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Sell Leads & Calls
Create an offer buyers understand
Use a separate campaign for a clear offer, such as Los Angeles roof estimates or booked home-service consultations. It gives the enquiry, buyer price, team and delivery rules a shared home.
Open Add New Campaign. Enter a Campaign Name and Description, choose Draft while you prepare the offer, and select the intended Lead Buyers. Hold Ctrl on Windows or Cmd on Mac to select several buyers. The selected buyer chips show who you have chosen.
Set prices for leads and appointments
Appointment Pricing Tiers & Costs and Lead Pricing Tiers & Costs are separate. A tier is a quantity range with a selling price and your recorded cost. Use Add Tier or Add Lead Tier when your pricing changes at another quantity.
For example, a $60 appointment with a recorded $35 cost leaves a $25 difference. A $25 lead with a $15 cost leaves $10. These examples help you compare the offer; include your advertising, staffing and service costs when reviewing the business result.
- Enter Min Qty and Max Qty for each pricing range. Keep the ranges in order so the intended price is clear.
- Enter Price, the buyer’s unit price, and Cost, the cost you want to record for that unit.
- Add the next range if your offer has volume pricing. Review both lead and appointment pricing before saving.
Add the team and qualification questions
In Agent Commission Tracking, select the staff agents working on this campaign and enter their Per Appointment and Per Lead amounts. This records your team’s commission separately from the buyer’s price.
Use Qualifying Questions to capture the facts a buyer needs, such as the service requested, area and preferred appointment time. Good questions make the opportunity easier to handle and help your team present a consistent offer.
Finish routing and notifications
- Review Lead Routing Settings: buyer disputes, dispute window, duplicate window, maximum buyers per lead and retry settings.
- Set Buyer Routing Controls for each selected buyer: daily cap, budget, minimum lead goal, priority and delivery method.
- Review Billing Retry Settings and the buyer’s payment setup.
- Choose Create Campaign. For an existing campaign, open Edit and use its save control after changes.
- Reopen the saved campaign to configure its Notification Settings. Choose the relevant email, SMS and app-push options and templates, then use Save Notifications.
Manage campaigns day to day
The list shows leads, appointments, revenue, cost, profit, notification indicators and status. Search campaigns, buyers or agents, and use the Status and Notifications filters to narrow the list.
Use View for the campaign detail, Edit to adjust its configuration, and Archive when you want it moved out of the active list. The Archived and All tabs help you find older campaigns; Restore brings an archived campaign back. Use the Distribution Log and reports to inspect the individual results behind the totals.
