Agent Commission

Review the lead and appointment commissions recorded for the staff working on your campaigns.

In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Agent Commission

Connect team effort with campaign results

The Agent Commission Report helps you review the staff contribution to lead and appointment sales. It shows separate appointment and lead totals, commission amounts and averages.

For example, a sales agent qualifies incoming home-service enquiries and books consultations. Use this report to review their recorded campaign results before reconciling the commission you have agreed.

Set the commission in the campaign

Open the campaign editor and find Agent Commission Tracking. Select the staff agent or agents, then enter an Appointment Amount for Per Appointment and a Lead Amount for Per Lead. Save the campaign.

The buyer’s selling price and the staff commission have different purposes. Set the buyer’s price in the pricing tiers and the agent’s amount in this section.

Review an agent or period

  1. Open Agent Commission and select Agent or Campaign to narrow the report.
  2. Set Date From and Date To. The agent list and appointment summary refresh when filters change; use Reset Filters to clear them.
  3. Read the appointment summary. Use the agent’s expanded details for lead results in the selected period; the separate Lead Agent Commission cards show the overview loaded when you opened the page.
  4. Select an agent row when available to expand campaign totals and the underlying appointment and lead details.
  5. Compare the item, date, amount, commission and status. Use Export PDF for a report of the selected results.

Understand what contributes to commission

The report uses active campaign-agent assignments and qualifying billed lead or appointment records. It counts the originating staff agent’s eligible items, with separate configured rates for leads and appointments. The business owner’s own activity is excluded from this staff commission calculation.

Appointment date filters follow the event date; lead date filters follow the source lead’s creation date. Use the same period and campaign when comparing an agent’s records.

This is a commission report for reconciliation. Use the campaign detail and billing records to explain a figure, then handle the team’s payment through your business’s payroll or payment process.
