Lead Report
Compare buyer sales, skipped deliveries and recorded revenue from your lead campaigns.
In the CRM: Sell Leads & Calls → Lead Report
Follow the enquiry after it is captured
A lead is someone your marketing has brought into a conversation: for example, a homeowner requesting an estimate. Lead Report follows the buyer-delivery records for those campaign enquiries.
Use it to see the receiving buyer, price tier, recorded amount and any skipped reason. It helps you evaluate the handoff after a form, call, AI conversation or staff follow-up has produced the opportunity.
Read leads and sales separately
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total Leads | Distinct contact records represented in campaign sharing records. |
| Total Sales | Delivered buyer records; one lead can produce several buyer deliveries. |
| Revenue | The recorded billed amounts for delivered lead records. |
| Sell Rate | The share of represented leads with at least one buyer sale. |
| Today / Active Buyers | Today’s sales and revenue, and buyers with at least one purchase. |
| Skipped / Refunded | Skipped deliveries and recorded amounts associated with approved disputes. |
Review the delivery detail
- Choose Campaign and Buyer to focus on the offer or receiving business.
- Use Status for Delivered, Skipped or Disputed, and From and To for the delivery dates.
- Choose Apply. Use Reset to return to the unfiltered detail list.
- Read Lead, Phone, Email and Location to identify the enquiry, then compare Campaign, Buyer, Status, Tier and Amount.
- Read Reason for a skipped delivery and check the buyer’s balance, caps, duplicate rules or pause state as appropriate.
- Use Export PDF when you need a report of the selected records.
Turn reporting into a marketing decision
The overview cards and any Campaign Breakdown or Buyer Performance panels describe the account’s campaign activity. The filters narrow the Lead Detail Log below them.
If a promotion brings many enquiries but few buyer sales, inspect the reasons. You may need clearer qualification questions, a better buyer match or more available buyer capacity. Compare buyer revenue with acquisition and staffing costs when planning the next campaign.
Use SMS templates for consistent follow-up and AI agents to help answer and qualify enquiries. Keep the resulting customer record and campaign delivery connected so the team can see what happened next.
