Advertising Setup and Marketing Examples
Connect your advertiser, organize campaigns and turn responses into calls, appointments and lead sales.
In the CRM: Social Media → Meta Ads or Google Ads
Give each campaign a business purpose
Start with the result you want: consultation requests, customer calls, product enquiries or qualified opportunities for buyers. Keep that result consistent across the advertisement, landing page or form, and the team handling the response.
Mango9 connects campaign management and reporting with your wider marketing process. Use Supervisor to discuss the setup and ask the Marketing agent to review results, explain changes and help prepare the next improvement.
Connect your advertiser
Connect your business social identity for posting and private conversations as well when you want those features. The advertising connection provides the access used by paid campaigns.
- Open Social Media → Meta Ads → Account Connection or Google Ads → Account Connection.
- Start the connection and authorize the intended business identity in Meta or Google. Return to Mango9 and select the accounts offered for that identity.
- Review the connected account’s name, currency, time zone and readiness. Use the account controls to complete the required access.
- For lead campaigns, review lead delivery and feedback for the intended account. Choose the sources and destinations offered by that connection.
- Return to the matching dashboard and check reporting after the connection syncs.
Manage campaigns
Open Campaigns under the matching platform. Find the campaign by account, name, status or source, then open the saved record. Use its offered editing controls to review the budget, audience, creative, destination and delivery settings.
For a new campaign, use the creation control when it is offered. Work through the objective, account, audience and creative, then review the complete proposal. Saving a draft keeps the preparation work together. Review and publication controls handle the next step.
For an existing campaign, check the current provider state and the proposed change before applying it. Use the campaign’s Activity and management history to follow the recorded result. Supervisor can help coordinate the review and the account setup.
A home-service business: turn an offer into consultations
- Create a clear offer for the service and area you cover. Send the advertisement to the matching page or enquiry form.
- Bring new enquiries into the appropriate Mango9 lead destination and give the sales team a clear next step.
- Use your purchased Telnyx business number for customer calls and texts. Assign staff extensions for personal follow-up.
- Configure an AI agent with service details, qualification questions and appointment tools so it can answer routine questions and arrange consultations.
- Use consistent SMS templates for confirmations and staff follow-up, then review the appointments and campaign results together.
A lead seller: connect marketing to buyer delivery
Configure the lead or call campaign in Sell Leads & Calls with the right buyers, prices, qualification rules and capacity. Buyers and staff can have assigned extensions for the calling process, with Telnyx providing the carrier connection.
Use the advertising reports to understand where interest comes from, then use Distribution Log, Lead Report, Call Log and the campaign dashboard to follow the delivery and sale. An offer that produces useful enquiries for the intended buyers is more valuable than one that only attracts inexpensive clicks.
An agency: give every client a clear next action
Keep the correct business account selected and review one objective at a time. Use Insights for the evidence and Recommendations for saved advice. Ask Supervisor to explain which change would support the client’s goal and why.
A useful weekly conversation is: “Which campaigns brought consultation enquiries, how well did our team follow up, and what should we improve next?” Add the context the reports cannot supply on their own, such as service capacity or the type of customer the client wants.
