Meta Ads Dashboard
Review Facebook and Instagram campaign spending and compare the results that matter to your business.
In the CRM: Social Media → Meta Ads → Dashboard
Start with the result you want to measure
Use the Meta dashboard to review your advertising accounts and campaigns over a chosen period. It brings spending, clicks, results and available CRM lead measures into one view.
Choose a result that matches the campaign’s purpose. A business seeking messages should look at messaging results; an appointment campaign should review its configured lead or conversion outcome and the appointments received in Mango9.
Choose a useful comparison
- Select the reporting currency, then the ad account and campaign you want to review.
- Choose the Result metric. Automatic results follows the available campaign result definition; a specific choice helps compare the same outcome across campaigns.
- Use Active only when you want to focus on campaigns currently marked active. Leave it clear to include the rest of the selected history.
- Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, All time or a custom date range.
- Read the metric cards, trend charts and campaign rows together. Open Insights for a closer explanation or Campaign report for the reporting table.
Understand the main measures
| Measure | Plain-language meaning |
|---|---|
| Spend | The recorded advertising cost for the selected scope and period. |
| Results | The count of the selected outcome reported for the campaign. |
| Cost per result | Spend divided by the selected results. Compare campaigns using the same result type. |
| Clicks and CTR | How often people clicked, and the percentage of impressions that became clicks. |
| CPC | Average advertising cost per click. |
| ROAS | Recorded conversion value compared with ad spend, when the required values are available. |
| CRM leads and CRM cost / lead | The enquiries attributed in Mango9 and the advertising cost compared with those leads. |
Check what sits behind a total
The same campaign can produce several kinds of activity. Read the result label before comparing costs. A conversation, a click and a purchase represent different customer actions. If a combined result is unavailable because the definitions differ, select a specific metric or inspect the individual campaign.
A dash is unavailable data; zero is a measured zero. Check the account’s sync status and selected dates when a value is missing. The reporting currency selection keeps separate currencies in their own groups.
Use the dashboard in your marketing routine
For a consultation offer, compare the campaign response with the enquiries and appointments your team handled. If clicks look healthy but bookings are weak, inspect the offer, destination page and follow-up before changing the budget.
Use Review with Supervisor from Insights to carry the campaign context into a discussion. Explain the business outcome you want, such as qualified appointments in your service area.
