Meta Ads Insights
Understand campaign patterns, compare Facebook and Instagram, and prepare the next improvement with Supervisor.
In the CRM: Social Media → Meta Ads → Insights
Move from totals to an explanation
Insights helps you understand how the selected Meta campaigns are performing. Choose the account, campaign, currency, result metric and dates before interpreting the patterns. Use Active only to focus on active campaigns.
The Review with Supervisor link carries the selected advertising context into the Command Center. Tell Supervisor your business goal and ask it to explain the evidence or prepare a change for review.
Read the campaign briefings
Campaign briefings connect each campaign’s results with the questions worth reviewing. Read the period comparison, the available breakdowns and the suggested next steps. Open the relevant campaign, report or Supervisor discussion from the briefing.
Keep the result definition consistent. Compare messaging conversations with messaging conversations, or the same configured conversion across the campaigns you are assessing.
Choose the level of detail
Summary platform filters the summary, trend, campaign chart and campaign briefings. The Facebook-versus-Instagram comparison keeps both platforms visible. Advanced ranking, audience and timing breakdowns use all placements.
| View or breakdown | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Overview | Spend, selected results, cost per result and their trends. |
| Facebook vs Instagram | How the two platforms contribute to the selected campaign response. |
| Top campaigns | Which campaigns produce the chosen result at different costs. |
| Advanced rankings | How campaigns, ad sets or ads compare in the available ranking view. |
| Regions, age, gender and device | Where and how the audience is responding. |
| Hour and day of week | Patterns in recorded ad clicks across the day and week. |
Plan spending around the campaign goal
Choose the account and campaign to use Spend plan & pacing. Enter the total spending target and its dates, then preview how recorded spend compares with the plan.
The preview helps you discuss whether the campaign is spending at the pace you intended. Review plan with Supervisor carries the target into the management discussion. Saving an approved management policy is the step that authorizes its configured actions.
Ask a focused marketing question
Try: “Review this consultation campaign for Los Angeles. Compare the same result type, explain which audience and creative deserve attention, and suggest the next change.”
For a lead seller, add the buyer’s qualification needs and capacity. For an appointment business, add the service, location and availability. This gives Supervisor a business reason to evaluate alongside the advertising figures.
