Manage a Google Campaign
Review a Google offer, organize its search and delivery settings, and use the Marketing agent to plan improvements.
In the CRM: Social Media → Google Ads → Campaigns → Open a campaign
Keep the offer, settings and follow-up connected
Open a campaign from Google Campaigns to work with its brief, settings and activity. A draft opens with the work still needed for creation. An imported campaign shows its saved performance and observed settings.
For a home-service business, this is where the advertising offer connects with the service area, search intent and response process. Keep the destination page and business number aligned with the service being advertised.
Move from the draft to campaign management
- Check the campaign brief, selected account, budget, market and destination.
- For a draft, choose Continue editing or Review draft to finish the campaign setup and review creation.
- For a created campaign, use its detail tabs to inspect the ad groups, ads and campaign-specific controls.
- Open Reporting to compare performance, and Management & activity to follow saved operations and Marketing agent reviews.
Use the detail tabs for the job at hand
The available tabs follow the campaign’s creation state and connected platform settings. Created Google campaigns include the following work areas.
| Tab | How it helps your business |
|---|---|
| Overview | Review the campaign brief or imported performance and observed settings. |
| Ad groups & ads | Organize related searches and the ads that answer them. |
| Delivery & tracking | Review campaign delivery and tracking settings. |
| Assets | Work with the supporting advertising assets available for the campaign. |
| Keywords & exclusions | Review the searches you want to reach and the terms you want to exclude. |
| Ad schedule | Review the days and hours selected for advertising. |
| Targeting | Review the audiences and locations relevant to your offer. |
| Bidding | Review the bidding strategy and available settings. |
| Management & activity | Set up the Marketing agent and follow the saved reviews and campaign changes. |
Give the Marketing agent a clear brief
Open Management & activity, then Set up management. Choose Suggest & approve when you want to review each proposed campaign change. Choose Autonomous correction when you want the Marketing agent to apply the specific corrections you authorize within your chosen limits.
Choose how often results should be reviewed, the number of days to consider, and how long to wait for late conversions. Set an expiry date and the daily AI allowance. This allowance pays for scheduled reviews from your Mango9 wallet; advertising spend remains with the advertising account.
Enter the campaign budget limit in the account currency. Review the available correction choices, directions and bounds. Use Review settings to check the exact proposal, then authorize it when it matches your instructions. A saved spending target helps compare progress over a date range.
Ask Supervisor for a useful marketing review
Start with a business question: “Review my service campaign and help me get more appointment enquiries from the areas we cover.” Supervisor can help coordinate the campaign review and Marketing agent setup.
Use Search Terms to understand the searches behind the clicks. Compare these with actual enquiries, appointments and lead or call sales. Open the saved review history to see the evidence considered and the recorded outcome.
The management page keeps authorization, review scheduling and recorded activity together. Pause management stops future agent reviews and corrections; use the campaign’s delivery control when you want to pause the ads themselves.
Give every response a next step
Telnyx is your carrier. The numbers you buy can support your marketing calls and texts, while extensions direct conversations to staff or buyers. Connect the chosen number and destination with the offer before directing advertising traffic to it.
For example, a prospect searching for a consultation can call your business number, speak with a configured AI agent, receive an SMS follow-up and book an appointment. A staff member can continue the conversation using a saved template. A lead-selling business can route qualified enquiries and calls through its Sell Leads & Calls setup.
