Google Ads Recommendations
Review saved marketing advice, understand the evidence and decide which improvement to take forward.
In the CRM: Social Media → Google Ads → Recommendations
Keep the next improvements organized
Recommendations collects the Marketing agent’s saved advice. Use it to keep a useful idea connected to the campaign, evidence and decision history that explain it.
Start with the account, campaign and dates at the top of the page. Campaign briefings use those choices. In Marketing recommendations, use Status, Priority and Focus to narrow the saved advice itself.
Request and review advice
- Choose Request a review or Review with Supervisor to open the Command Center with the advertising context.
- Describe the business goal and the problem you want assessed, such as improving qualified enquiries or understanding a rise in cost.
- Return to Recommendations to review saved advice. Check the proposed improvement and its priority.
- Open Evidence & decision history to read the cited metrics, reporting period and recorded decisions.
- Use Review with Supervisor on the recommendation to discuss it and prepare the exact campaign change.
Find the right kind of improvement

| Budget | Is spending aligned with the goal and the evidence? |
| Creative | Does the image, video or wording make the offer clear? |
| Keywords | Are the searches bringing people who need the service? |
| Targeting | Are we reaching the intended audience and area? |
| Landing page | Does the destination deliver what the advertisement promised? |
| Delivery | Is the campaign reaching people as expected? |
Record a decision and follow the result
Choose Dismiss when advice is not relevant, already addressed or needs to wait. Select the reason and save it. Find that advice under Dismissed and use Return to review if you want to reconsider it.
A saved recommendation records an idea. Campaign changes follow the applicable review and authorization process in the Command Center or campaign controls. Check the linked action and its recorded result when you want to see what was applied.
Evidence & decision history also helps you spot advice based on older figures. Ask Supervisor for a fresh assessment when the campaign or the evidence has changed.
Bring the business context into the discussion
For a search campaign, explain which enquiries your business can serve. Ask Supervisor to compare the actual search terms with the offer, location and quality of leads received.
For a lead-selling campaign, explain the buyer’s requirements and capacity. For an appointment campaign, explain the booking process and how staff or a configured AI agent follows up. This connects the proposed improvement to the outcome the business wants.
