Create a Google Campaign
Describe the offer, choose Search or Display and prepare the audience, budget and search terms for your business.
In the CRM: Social Media → Google Ads → Campaigns → Create campaign
Turn the marketing offer into a clear brief
Start a Google campaign with the business outcome you want: people exploring a service, asking for an estimate or arranging a consultation. A clear brief gives the team and Supervisor a useful starting point.
Open Social Media → Google Ads → Campaigns and choose Create campaign. The steps are Brief, Audience & budget, Creative and Review. You can save the draft while preparing it.
Complete the Brief step
- Enter a name that identifies the offer and market, such as “Home renovation consultations · Los Angeles”.
- Describe the service, target customer, main selling points and intended result in Campaign brief.
- Choose the connected Ad account used by this business. Account connections opens the advertiser setup when needed.
- Choose Search for search-ad preparation or Display for visual-ad preparation. Select the offered Objective that fits the plan.
- Continue to Audience & budget.
Choose a budget and schedule
Enter the budget in the ad account’s currency and choose the offered cadence. Google budgets belong to the campaign. The current new-campaign setup offers a daily budget.
Choose the start and end dates needed for the offer, using the account’s local calendar dates. Set the languages your customers and follow-up team use, one code per line, such as en for English or es for Spanish.
Plan the customer response alongside the advertising dates. Set up the staff coverage, buyer route or AI booking process before directing enquiries to it.
Focus the offer on the right area and searches
- In Locations, choose the location type, search and select the correct place. Review the included areas against the territory the business serves.
- Use the offered radius controls when the service area is defined around a location. Read the selected location or distance in the list.
- For Search, add one keyword per line. Use brackets for an exact-match entry, quotation marks for a phrase-match entry or plain text for a broad-match entry.
- Use service-focused phrases that fit the offer, then review actual search activity in Search Terms after the campaign has data.
- Save the draft and continue to Creative.
Connect the enquiry to your business process
Put the intended phone number, enquiry form or booking action on the destination page. Telnyx supplies your purchased numbers, calls and text messages; Mango9 organizes the extensions, inboxes, agents and follow-up around them.
For a local business, a customer can enquire about a project, speak with staff or a configured AI agent, and book a consultation. SMS templates can provide a clear confirmation or follow-up.
For a lead seller, use the matching Sell Leads & Calls campaign and buyer requirements. Staff and buyers who answer in Mango9 can have their own extensions, while the campaign controls the configured delivery route.
