Buyer Pricing

Set general resource prices for your buyers and agree individual prices for specific buyer relationships.

In the CRM: Settings → Permissions → Buyer Pricing

Price the services your buyers use

Buyer Pricing lets an eligible account owner set general resource resale prices, then choose different rates for an individual buyer. Open the Buyer Pricing link in Permissions or Buyer pricing & permissions in Custom Pricing when it is available for your account.

These prices describe what your buyers pay for the listed resources. Your Mango9 charges, Telnyx carrier charges, and the selling prices of leads and appointments are handled in their respective billing areas.

Set general buyer rates

  1. Choose General buyer rates in Rate scope.
  2. Find the resource and read the unit beneath its name.
  3. Enter the desired rate as a plain decimal number. USD rates support up to six decimal places; do not add a dollar sign.
  4. Leave a field blank to keep the existing inherited rate. Enter 0 only when you intend that resource to be free under this pricing setting.
  5. Review the unsaved-change count, then select Save rates. Wait for Buyer rates saved.
  6. Use Discard if you want to restore the saved values without applying your edits.

Agree a rate with an individual buyer

  1. Choose the buyer in Rate scope. The list contains the active lead buyers belonging to your account.
  2. Enter the individual prices agreed for that buyer. An individual rate takes precedence over a general buyer rate.
  3. Leave an individual field blank to use the applicable general or existing rate.
  4. Save rates and review the rate source shown beside the resource.
  5. Save or discard the current edits before switching to another buyer.

Read the units and inherited prices

The catalog includes SMS, phone calls, AI calls, AI assistance, email, Lead Finder and recording storage. Read each row’s unit: a connected minute, accepted email, displayed phone lead and storage GB-month are different measurements. AI assistance uses a multiplier.

Outbound SMS, direct and workflow email, and Lead Finder are identified in the page’s current usage note. Follow the note for the other resource integrations shown in your account. Existing lead and appointment billing continues separately.

The source label tells you whether the amount comes from this buyer’s override, the general buyer rate, an existing buyer or client rate, or existing billing and allowances. A blank field is an inheritance choice, not a zero price.

Keep pricing and access aligned

The Permissions link opens the selected buyer’s feature access. A price does not grant access to a module. When the page says Module disabled in Permissions, review whether that buyer should use the service.

For a lead-selling agency, you might agree one set of follow-up resource prices for most buyers and a separate agreement for a larger partner. Continue setting the lead or appointment sale price in the campaign.

Telnyx remains your carrier. Assign the intended numbers and extensions, define the campaign’s buyers and routing, and review the reports to connect activity with the opportunities sold.
