Recognize the business numbers your text campaigns send from.

Use a number customers recognize

A Sender ID is the identity shown as the sender of a text. In the Telnyx number workflow, use a number you have bought and connected to Mango9. This list shows its status and AI agent flag.

Business numbers are anonymized. Approved and Pending approval show the sender status. Select the image to enlarge it.

Check the sender

  1. Search by Sender ID, Requested On or Status.
  2. Check the number and status. Pool columns describe a group of senders; AI Agent shows the associated AI flag.
  3. Open Action → Settings for that number. Use My Numbers to buy and manage business numbers.
  4. Choose the intended number in From or Sender ID when composing a campaign.

Connect numbers, people and AI

Give each campaign a clear business number. Assign staff and buyers extensions for calls, then configure AI agents and the numbers for the conversations they should handle. The number is the customer-facing contact point; the extension connects the person handling the call.
