Follow a campaign through processing

Campaigns brings the campaign identity, sender, dates, status and progress into one list. It helps your team find an offer and see where it is in the sending process.

The current screen has All, Pending, Scheduled, Processed and Rejected views. Select the image to enlarge it.

Find the campaign

  1. Search by Campaign or SenderId, or use Created and Status to narrow the list.
  2. Choose the appropriate status tab.
  3. Check the title and sending number before using a row action. Review Created Date, Completed Date, Status and Progress together.
  4. Use Saved campaign drafts when returning to unfinished work. Start a new campaign from Bulk SMS.
  5. Review incoming answers in Inbox and delivery records in Reports.

Measure the business outcome

Processing tells you how the campaign moved through sending. Next, look at what customers did: replied, called, booked or became a qualified lead. Use those outcomes to improve the next audience, offer and follow-up.
