Schedule and Reschedule Social Posts
Choose a local publication time and decide whether the post needs a review first.
In the CRM: Social Media → Posting → Create or edit post → Review & schedule
Choose when the offer should appear
Open Review & schedule after preparing the caption, media and destinations. Choose the posting date and time, then check the displayed local time zone. A familiar city-based zone such as Los Angeles / Pacific helps the team agree on the intended time.
Schedule offers around the period when your business can respond. If you promote consultations, have your booking page and the team or AI agent handling enquiries ready for the campaign.
Choose the right scheduling action
| Choice | What happens next |
|---|---|
| Schedule without approval | Schedules the prepared post directly for the selected time. |
| Send for approval | Saves the review request and queues a secure review email. Approval schedules the reviewed version. |
| Close | Returns you to the post without submitting this scheduling choice. |
Give the reviewer useful context
Use Approval note for instructions such as “Please check the consultation offer and the booking link.” The note goes in the approval email. It is kept out of the public post and is not sent when scheduling without approval.
The dialog identifies the approval recipient. Set that recipient in Posting → Settings before submitting the request. The reviewer can use the secure email link without a CRM account.
Move a post to another time
Approval applies to the version reviewed. If its proposed time has passed, choose a future time before approval. Each destination copy has its own delivery state, so check the intended copy when changing or canceling a schedule.
- Open the post from Planner or Calendar. For a review request, open its review screen.
- Use the editing schedule controls or Change proposed time to choose the new date and time.
- Check the local time zone and confirm the applicable scheduling or approval action.
- Return to Planner or Calendar and verify the saved status and time.
