Social Post Approvals

Let a business owner or teammate review the offer, account and timing before publication.

In the CRM: Social Media → Posting → Planner → Approvals tab

Keep review work in one place

Approvals lists posts waiting for a decision, requested changes and requests that need a new time. Search for the post or use Status to focus on the next piece of work.

For an agency, this gives the client a clear opportunity to check the offer. For a local business, it helps a manager confirm the price, wording and booking details before the team schedules the campaign.

  1. Open Review for the intended post. Read the caption and inspect the media for each selected destination.
  2. Check the business account, proposed time, local time zone and current status.
  3. Add a review note when the team needs context or a correction. Send note saves that feedback.
  4. Confirm that you have reviewed the content, destinations and proposed time.
  5. Choose Approve & schedule, Request changes or Reject as appropriate.

Understand what the decision does

Approve & schedule places the reviewed version into the schedule. Request changes keeps the post on hold for revision. Rejected requests remain identifiable in the review filters.

A new future time is required when the original proposed time has passed. Editing the content creates a changed version that needs its own review. The client, email recipient or authorized internal user can approve; one approval is enough for each copy.

Review a selection together

Select ready posts in the list and choose Review selection to check the selected versions together. Requests with a past time or outstanding changes cannot be included in bulk approval.

The owner and submitting team member receive approval decisions in their notification bell while their access remains active. The optional notification preferences control additional updates.
