Social Media Library

Prepare images and videos that make your offers easier to understand and recognize.

In the CRM: Social Media → Posting → Planner → Media tab

Keep the visuals for your next posts together

Use Media to upload images and videos, inspect the available files and choose the visuals for a post. A consistent collection of service photos, product images and short demonstrations helps your business look familiar across its marketing.

Open Creative Studio to create or edit visuals. Download the finished file there, then use Upload files in the posting library to bring it into your post.

The current media controls, cropped above the account’s uploaded files. Select the image to enlarge it.

Add a file to a post

  1. Choose Upload files and select the images or videos on your computer. The library accepts JPEG, PNG, MP4 and MOV files.
  2. Wait for the upload to finish, then inspect the item’s preview and details.
  3. Select the media you want and choose Use selected media to return to the composer.
  4. Check the preview, framing and order for the selected accounts.
  5. Review Ready to post and Media requirements before scheduling.

Plan around the file’s availability

Uploads remain in the library for 30 days. Keep your originals in your own business storage and check each library item’s expiry when scheduling future content. Copies already published remain on their social platforms.

The scheduling checks require the media to remain available for at least an hour beyond the planned posting time. Re-upload the original and select the new item when a later campaign needs it.
