Meta Campaign Quick Views
Save the filters, columns and sorting you use for regular campaign reviews.
In the CRM: Social Media → Meta Ads → Campaigns → Create a view
Return to a useful review quickly
A quick view saves a way of looking at the campaign table. For example, create a view for consultation campaigns or paused offers that need a weekly review.
Choose the client, ad account and table level before setting up the view. Views belong to that selection in the current browser.
Create a view
- Set the table to the filters and columns you want to keep.
- Choose Create a view. Enter a recognizable Name and an optional Description.
- Enable the settings you want this view to apply. Use Add or Edit filters to review the selected filters.
- Use Customize columns to choose the columns, then set Sort by and Order as needed.
- Choose Save. The view appears beside All ads and opens with the saved choices.
Use and maintain saved views
Select a view’s name to apply it. All ads returns the filters to their defaults. The reporting period stays as selected in the table, so choose the dates for each review.
Use the quick-view management menu to edit or remove a view. Undo is available immediately after removal. A useful naming pattern is the purpose of the review, such as “Consultation follow-up” or “Paused offers”.
Views are saved in this browser for the current client, account and table. Create them in the browser you use for the business, and keep browser storage available to retain them.
Use the view in a marketing routine
Start the weekly review with the same result definition and a relevant reporting period. Look at the useful enquiries produced, then discuss offer wording, lead handling and appointment capacity with Supervisor.
A saved view helps the team focus the review. Staff, AI agents and buyer delivery should use the matching business process for the enquiries the campaign produces.
