Create a Meta Campaign
Choose the purpose of your Facebook or Instagram advertising and organize the offer, budget and next step for customers.
In the CRM: Social Media → Meta Ads → Campaigns → Create
Start with the customer action you want
A campaign organizes one advertising initiative: introduce your business, bring visitors to an offer, start conversations or collect enquiries. Its ad sets choose who you want to reach and how delivery is arranged; its ads contain the words and pictures people see.
For example, a home-services business can promote consultations, receive enquiries and use Mango9 to arrange follow-up calls or appointments. A lead-selling business can build an offer around the services and areas its buyers want.
Create the campaign draft
- Open Social Media → Meta Ads → Campaigns and choose Create.
- Keep Create new campaign selected. Choose the connected Ad account for this business.
- Choose the buying type. Auction is the regular campaign setup; Reservation follows a quoted inventory and schedule process.
- Choose the objective that matches the response you want, then select Continue.
- Give the campaign a recognizable name, such as “Kitchen consultations · Los Angeles”. Review Campaign details, Budget and Special Ad Categories.
- Add useful Campaign notes, then choose Save draft. Continue through Ad set, Ad and Review.
Choose an objective in plain language
The Ad set step chooses the conversion location and performance goal for the objective. Conversion location means where the customer takes the next step, such as your website, a form or a conversation.
| Objective | How a business can use it |
|---|---|
| Awareness | Introduce a business, location or service to more people. |
| Traffic | Bring people to a website or Facebook Page. |
| Engagement | Encourage interaction with content or the business. |
| Leads | Invite enquiries through the available form, website, messaging or call setup. |
| App promotion | Help people discover and install an app. |
| Sales | Promote purchases through the available website, messaging or product-catalog setup. |
Decide where the budget belongs
Campaign budget lets the campaign distribute its budget across its ad sets. Ad set budget lets you give each ad set its own amount. Choose the approach before filling in the amounts and schedule.
If you want to compare two service areas with separate planned amounts, ad-set budgets make those allocations explicit. If several audiences support one shared offer, campaign-level budgeting brings the amount together. Review the currency shown for the advertiser.
Keep the offer and follow-up connected
Use Special Ad Categories for the categories that apply to the offer. In Campaign notes, describe the service, customer area, selling points and desired result so the team and Supervisor have a clear brief.
Telnyx is your carrier for the business numbers you buy through Mango9. Give staff and buyers who answer in Mango9 their own extensions, then use the intended number and routing for the offer. Configure an AI agent with the service information and booking process when it will handle calls or SMS conversations.
For lead or call sales, connect the response to the appropriate Sell Leads & Calls campaign and buyer delivery. The advertising campaign attracts the enquiry; your configured Mango9 follow-up turns it into a useful conversation or sale.
Ask Supervisor to help shape the campaign
Try: “Help me promote kitchen consultations in Los Angeles. We want qualified enquiries that our team can call and book. Review the offer, audience, campaign budget and follow-up plan with me.”
Include the business number, service area, appointment process and buyer requirements when relevant. Supervisor can help coordinate the campaign with the wider marketing and customer-handling setup.
