User Calendar

Check a teammate’s appointments and shared work before arranging customer calls, visits or handoffs.

In the CRM: Calendar → User Calendar

See the right person’s schedule

User Calendar is a viewing page for team schedules. It helps a manager coordinate appointments or a salesperson check a colleague’s existing commitments before offering a customer a time. Choose a user from your team, then review their own and shared calendar items together.

Choose a teammate to see their schedule. The example uses a fictional teammate and appointment. Select the image to enlarge it.
  1. Open Calendar → User Calendar and select the teammate you want to view.
  2. Use the date filters to narrow the period. Change Month, Week or Day to suit the level of detail you need.
  3. Use the date arrows or Today to move through the schedule.
  4. Select an appointment, task or event to open its details.

Check the details before a handoff

The detail window shows the start and end time, contact, priority, activity type, status and description when those details are available. Repeating and shared items also show their relevant labels.

Open an item to check its details before arranging the next customer follow-up. Select the image to enlarge it.
  • Read the description so you understand what the customer expects.
  • Check the owner when an item is shared, and confirm who will handle the appointment.
  • Use the displayed time together with your computer’s local time-zone setting.
  • To change an item, return to Calendar or Tasks & Events and open the item there. User Calendar itself is for viewing.

Find a schedule that is missing

  1. Check that you selected a user and that the date filters include the appointment.
  2. If the page says No events, widen the dates and confirm the item belongs to that user or is shared with them.
  3. If there are no users to select, check your active team under Manage Users.
  4. If loading fails, select Retry. Wait for the selected user’s name and schedule to appear before relying on the view.
